The Foundation for Children and Youth with Diabetes, Inc. is pleased to announce our 2012 FCYD Golf Classic, which will be held on Friday, June 29, 2012 at Stonebridge Golf Club in West Valley City, Utah.

 

The FCYD Golf Classic is a 4-person team scramble for team prizes.  Individual contests include longest drive, longest putt, closest to the pin, straightest drive and hole-in-one prizes.  All proceeds benefit FCYD Camp UTADA, Utah's only diabetes camp celebrating it's 50th year.
